Milan is proud to have in place a dedicated and skilled workforce who speak a variety of community languages and understand the barriers and issues effecting our community of interest. 

The diverse team is led by the Manager, S. Latif whom is registered with SSSC and has a wealth of experience of community work and fundraising.

 

The team have all relevant skills and attributes to work in the area of  Health and Social Care and participate in regular trainings to further enhance their knowledge and awareness which supports staff members to remain at the forefront of delivering an excellent and varied range of services.
